How do you work and reimburses work?
Our rendering policy is valid for 14 days from buying your product. After the 14th day the rendering policy ceases its validity.
To be validated to return, your product should not be used, in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete the return we always need your purchase receipt received to your email.
Please do not send your goods to the producer (eg: Armani, Guess, Coach, etc ...), we will guide you during the process of returning the goods.
The following cases will be subject to a partial or zero return or refund (if applicable):
- any product returned with obvious damage or missing parts, not our fault;
- Any product returned after the edge of the 14th day.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once received and analyzed the product you sent us, we will notify you by email for the receipt of the package and its inspection, consequently accepting or refunding the reimbursement.
If the refund has been approved. You will receive a complete or partial refund (if you are planned) to the data of your original payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 7 working days.
Is the refund late?
If you have not yet received a refund within 7 working days, check your account again, or contact your bank to find out if it is still processing.

Discounted products will be reimbursed only and exclusively to the purchase value applied during the discount period.
We will show you the data of your shipment once the return is required.
You will be titled with the shipping costs, which will be covered by the repayment applied after the evaluation of your returned product.
Shipping timing for the return vary according to where you live.
If you are returning a product that is worth more than 75 € we invite you to consider a shipment to your load (notifying it to email@example.com) as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your product 100% for any problems with the courier.
