Refund policy

Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the purchase of your product. After the 14th day, the return policy ceases to be valid.

To be validated for return, your product must not be used, in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete the return we always need your purchase receipt received in your email.
Please do not send your goods to the manufacturer (ex: Armani, Guess , Coach, Etc ...), we will guide you through the process of returning the goods.

The following cases will be subject to a partial or null return or refund (if applicable):
- Any product returned with obvious damage or missing parts, not our fault;
- Any product returned after the 14th day limit.

Refunds (If applicable)
Once we have received and analyzed the product you sent us, we will notify you by email that the package and its inspection have been received, consequently accepting or by refusing the refund.
If the refund has been approved. you will receive a full or partial refund (if applicable) to your original payment method details used for the purchase, within a maximum of 7 business days.

If you still haven't received your refund within 7 business days, please check your account again, or contact your bank to find out if they are still processing it.

Discounted Products
Discounted products will be refunded only and exclusively at the purchase value applied during the discount period.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will indicate the details of your shipment once the return has been requested.

You will be entitled to the shipping costs, which will be covered by the refund applied after evaluation of your returned product.

Return shipping times vary depending on where you live.

If you are returning a product that is worth more than € 75, we invite you to consider a shipment at your expense (by notifying it to as we cannot guarantee 100% receipt of your product for any problems with the courier.
